About Balanced Essence
Balanced Essence was built with primary focus to embrace harmony within our bodies, minds, emotions and spirits. This can be achieved by increasing our awareness of relationships within and beyond. Connect with the cosmos to harmonize or strengthen subtle energies by tapping into the support of plant medicines and reflexology.
The understanding connects energy meridians and reflex zone therapies of Reflexology with plant medicines of essential oils. This system views the human body as a microcosm, intimately connected to the macrocosm of the universe, using medical astrology as a tool-kit to balance our being through plant medicine blends of essential oils.
Providing the body with relaxation to increase receptivity, it becomes easier to work from the ground-up with essential oils, and we can combine a top-down approach looking at potential planetary influences on our energy, emotions, physical and mental health allowing us to balance the essence of our bodies from the inside-out.
Balanced Essence has a clinical and preventative care background to address specific health issues, and is a part of a collaborative network including a variety of local health practitioners. Together, we can navigate a clear and easy path to improved health and wellbeing by meeting you wherever your journey has led you today!

Yesterday I treated myself to a little gift… reflexology with my beautiful friend Jeanette. 💜✨ It was absolutely blissful. There was something about having my feet cared for that allowed my whole body to finally let go. It felt like the stress just melted away. My whole body softened, my mind became quiet, and I came home feeling deeply, deeply relaxed. I had the most amazing nap, went to bed early, and slept so peacefully through the night. I woke up feeling like my body was saying, “Thank you. I needed that.” 🥰 Jeanette is not only wonderful at what she does, but she’s incredibly knowledgeable and has such a beautiful understanding of the body and how everything connects. I highly recommend her services. If your body has been asking for a little extra love and care, listen to it. 💜 Your body will thank you too. ✨

I have been working with Jeanette for a few months now, learning about my astrology charts and customizing aromatherapy blends to help balance my hormones and improve my mental health. I have deeply enjoyed learning about the astrological side of things and how we can use plant medicine to create subtle shifts in our overall health. Most of all though it is Jeanette`s calm and thoughtful delivery of her practice that keeps me coming back. Jeanette is honest and patient, and always listens without judgement. She validates my feelings and has helped me build a routine that has without a doubt elevated the baseline level of my mental, emotional and spiritual health. Her reflexology sessions always leave me feeling calm, relaxed, and heard. Whether you`re curious about astrology, plant medicine, reflexology or all of the above, Jeanette can work with you to ease your symptoms and help you create a practice that feels good to you, regardless of what you`re going through or how your needs shift over the course of working with her. I highly recommend working with Jeanette to improve your health; just to spend time in her presence will help to calm and ground you.

A few weeks ago we had the privilege of Jeanette from Balanced Essence come to our cottage during a girls weekend. They are based out of Burks falls but will do house visits for their services. We all decided to have Foot Reflexology but they also offer Clinical Aromatherapy, Hand Reflexology, Chakra Balancing and Basic Natal Astrology. It was a great experience and loved the fact we did not have to go anywhere to be pampered. If you are planning a girls weekend i highly recommend you check them out.
